Hey all

We are in the Cleveland area now and are doing great.
We left W. Palm beach on June 1, and spent some time with freinds in Central FL.
Hey Dean and Naomi! Then We proceeded to take a trip up the east coast to see all of the national parks that we could from Florida to Maryland. What a good time. Seeing St Augustine, Fort Frederica, Cape Hatteras, Moores Creek. Very fun. We then got to Ohio and left some things at Melissa's moms house. Then we headed to SW Indiana to Camp Timber Ridge. Where we got to stay for 2 1/2 weeks. CO as the camp nurse and the kids as staff kids. Fun time. Thanks Trish and Charlie! The kids got to stay for a week of camp after we left, since thier dad volunteered as nurse. We finally then settled in the Cleveland area so that C.O. could start his job at the Cleveland Clinic. A very prestigous hospital that won't hurt his resume'. We will start updating more now that we can connect better.
Thanks for your caring and talk soon.

What a great church

This last Sabbath we spent with the members of the Coral Springs SDA Church. Very warm and welcoming. We very much enjoyed the fellowship and the kids gave their Sabbath School classes two thumbs up. We very much also enjoyed the lunch at Dave and Evelyn's house, as well as the company. Thanks all

Visiting Key West

Here we are. The South of the south. We had 3 days off and decided to come to see what used to be the largest city in the south, also the wealthiest per capita for many years. We found a campground and are right next to the ocean. We are seeing things on the island and under the ocean. Lots of scooters here. Place where you can park your boat rent free, or pay $10.5 million to live on an island that used to be a fuel tank island for the navy. 2... 1 million gallon tanks on the island then was bought by a developer who built multimillion dollar homes. ouch......Then we went to see a museum that had artifacts and the story of Mel Fisher, who along with his family and salvage company found the Spanish treasure galleon La Nostra de la Atocha, the Atocha, in 1985. Full of silver, gold and emeralds. Amazing to a 12 foot gold link chain where each link was an ounce of gold and could be pulled off as cash when out shopping in 1711 Spain.
This is also called the Conche Republic. In 1982 the U.S. government closed the Keys and the mayor of Key West seceeded from the U.S., declared war, surrendered, and asked for international assistance. They chose the name Conche Republic, a Soverign State of Mind.
Well talk later.

Hello to all youse peoples out there.

WAAHOOO,
What a great time we have been having. First we found the largest sea turtle rescue on the east coast, and learned so much about turtles and their habitat, and we may even get to see a turtle lay its eggs. Then we met the Andersons in Orlando and then went to SEA WORLD! What a great time. We saw sea lions, sharks, beluga whales, Orcas,
penguins, walrus, dolphins, polar bears, C.O. and Melissa rode the Kraken, an awesome rollercoster that Melissa said at the end "Is that it?" Wow what a great time. We saw a great show that was similar to the Cirque de Solei. With acrobats, and wire works, just great. we will have some pictures to show.
take care and drop us a line. We miss all of our friends and love to hear from any and all.

Hello

We are still around. Just trying to get an internet access that doesn't require wires. So , we are now right across the street from where C.O. is working and he rides his bike to work, just over a mile. The kids are doing great and it looks like Sam will be potty trained soon.
Hope all are well,
Take care,

HELLO ALL!

We just wanted to say hello. We are in a campground that is not telephone line friendly. So we come to the library to do this.
We are all well, nobody has had a cold or sniffle (now that I say that......) We are learning alot about the local area have been to the Seminol reservation and got to dance with them last weekend at a reenactment of the 3rd Seminole War. It was fun and Sammy really enjoyed the dancing. C.O. has seen 2 bad accidents in the 3 weeks that we have been here. One of them had one vehicle that had been flipped on it's roof end up 3 feet from the front bumper of C.O.'s truck. The other car had been stolen and the guy ran off as C.O. was trying to tell him to wait for the EMT's. CRAZY. So C.O. may get to go to court to be a witness, yippee. But to put that guys butt in jail for his idiocy, no problem.
We are planning for different things to do here in Florida. We have seen many neat places already, Lake Okachobee, Palm Beach mansions, Sea turtles, the Zoo. There is lots to do.
We are not able to check our email so please use our HOTMAIL account
cowjoyn4@hotmail.com
We can check these at the library, also just leave us a note on this web page. We really want to hear from you, especially the kids like to hear.
Hey all you at FMH. The hospital I am at is all computer. We just went live with MEDITECH EMAR. What a pain. We use hard wired barcode scanners, but this facility uses McKesson to dispense all of the pt meds. So I go and get my 0900 meds from one machine, take them in and scan them in the pt room and then scan the pt then give the meds. So many steps! Hope you are all well.
Hey Baptist! hope you guys are staying warm. I think of yous all frequently.
Well my 1/2 hour is up here at the library.
Take care

Florida Times: We are not able to hook up to the internet at our campground. We will do this thru the library. So our email is not working.

We are in Florida near Lake Okechobee. NICE area. We are able to see lots of new things and learn about the Big Cypress Swamp area that we are in. We are not missing the wintery weather. Please leave us note for any or all of us on this site under the comments.
Take care

Happy New Year

Hello all. We are very much looking forward to 2005. We hope that all of you had a great holiday season and we hope that you are staying warm. We have been having some very nice weather here, the upper 60's to mid 70's, very nice. We are looking forward to seeing Florida in a few weeks. We will bee in the West Palm Beach area and as soon as we find a place to stay then we will feel better about the move.
For those of you who might be interested....... The Rest of The Story (to borrow a line).
We got to Alice's house in the wee morning hours of Oct 1. We got the kids down and Melissa and C.O. were able to get a few hours rest. Now we had planned to get the truck and RV bought and here as soon as possible. This way we would have enough time to load to the RV, get used to driving a NICE NEW TRUCK! and also to practice pulling the RV around, especially backing up with it (for those of you who have ever seen the Lucy and Desi movie "The Big Trailer" you know how important it is to be able to back in to a spot). Well sufficit to say we didn't get these plans underway as planned. First C.O. made a call to his friend that works for BoA and he called later in the day and was able to get our money out of the hostage situation. YIIPPPPEEEE. No.
There are no Bank of America branches in Ohio. We could not got and get a cashiers check like our plan called for. C.O. was ready to drive back to Maryland and get the money...... The weekend was just to relax.C.O. was still checking web sites and trying to find the truck of his dreams and we were also trying to fit all of the stuff that we wanted to put into storage into the large closet space that we rented. Monday came and C.O. was again able to talk to the great bud at the BoA and we arrainged for the funds for the trailer and truck to be wired to those places! YYYEESSSS!!!!.
